Patient presented to the clinic fully edentulous. Diagnostic impressions were captured to fabricate custom trays which were then utilized for border molding. Jaw relations were then performed to capture centric occlusion and fabricate CD/CD. Upon delivery of complete dentures, it was noted that the left molars were out of occlusion and clinical remount was performed chairside to correct occlusion. The patient returned for a 24 hour post-delivery check with complaints of dislodgment upon mastication. Upon evaluation of the prosthetic, I noted there was inadequate clearance for both the maxillary buccal and labial frenum with flange overextensions bilaterally. After adjusting the acrylic chair side, the patient reported increased comfort and no dislodgment was evident,
